Categories of personal data processed

Personal data means any information that we can be collecting while you use our services that can be attributed to you as an identified or identifiable individual ("data subject"). Personal data includes all types of information that we can be directly or indirectly correlating with you as a data subject, such as Name, Company name, Address, Email address, Telephone number, IP address, Device Unique Identifier, etc.

Playcom collects two types of information from our customers and users of the Services: Customer data and Technical data.

“Customer data” is the information we will be processing when you are contacting with us completing the forms provided or by any other way (telephone, e-mail). We will be processing the collected customer information: Name and Surname, Email address, Eelephone number, Address, etc.

“Technical data” is the information we, and/or our authorized third party providers, are automatically processing when you are using or interacting with our services. Some of this information might be used to identify you as an individual. In such situations, “Technical Data” can also be considered personal data under applicable laws.

We, and/or our authorized external service providers, may automatically collect technical data when you visit or interact with our Services.

When you are downloading applications using Playcom’s service, this applications are downloaded from the official platforms, Apple Store and Google Play, and the Privacy Policy governing the use of this applications will be the one provided by the Application Developer. Because Playcom has no control over the content and performance of these services, Playcom does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, content or quality of the information provided by such services; Playcom has no responsibility for intentionality, objection, inaccurate content, misleading or illegal that may reside in those applications. In addition, our Privacy Policy does not apply to affiliated or third-party services.

The information we collect

Statistical Information: In addition, we gather statistical information about our Site and users, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions, unique visitors and so forth.

Marketing Information: From time to time, we gather information about our Users and prospective users during trade shows, marketing events and other functions for follow up marketing purposes.

How we may use information

General: We use your Collected Information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyse site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customise our Site's content, layout and service specifically for you. We do not  sell, rent, trade or exchange any personally-identifying information of our users.

Accuracy and updating of data

The user must fill in the forms with true, accurate, complete and current information. The user will not enter data corresponding to another person; he or she will assume that the data have been provided by the data subject.
